All soft cheese, with some exceptions may only be sold or used within 7 days of original cutting. Must ensure corporate label maker for these products is correct when printing, and manually change to 7 days any cheeses that have dates printed over 7 days. Note: Must submit fee and application on or before 12/23/23 for license recommendation
Remove masking tape that is being used on door tracks. Caulk ridges to allow for a cleanable surface that will not collect food debris.
